Caroline Duggan

My Story

Caroline Duggan is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing. With a strong interest in human behavior and communication, she combines analytical thinking with creative strategy to bring a thoughtful and people-centered approach to every project.

Her background in psychology helps her understand what drives people, while her marketing studies fuel her passion for building connections and telling meaningful stories—whether that’s through content, branding, or community engagement.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, where she finds balance, inspiration, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. She’s enthusiastic about using her education and experience to make a positive impact and looks forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
