Kyle Thompson

Kyle joined Rock Solid in January 2025. Upon graduating college with an Organization
Management degree, he went into the medical sales profession. In 2020, he entered the
roofing industry. His experience as the Director of Roofing Sales and Operations has
transitioned him into his current role of Business Development here at Rock Solid. Kyle
says the best thing about his position is the relationships he gets to make with clients
and the people he gets to interact with on a day to day basis. Kyle and high school
sweetheart Jessica reside in Vilonia with their three children. He believes that Faith,
Family, Fitness, and Finance are the cornerstones to a happy and fulfilling life. Outside
of the office, he enjoys coaching, fitness, hunting, lake days, and grilling with friends.
