At Rock Solid Roofing, we believe that being a great leader in business starts with being a great leader in life. Last month, a few members of our team stepped away from the job site and into something far more personal: The Shift.

The Shift is a 2 1/2 day immersive experience hosted by The Program, designed to transform how men show up in all areas of their lives: Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finances.

This isn’t your typical “networking” event. The Shift is an intense, hands-on process that challenges men to confront their personal standards, take accountability, and install a new operating system built for lasting growth. Whether it's in business, at home, or within—The Shift pushes you to raise the bar. Through pressure-driven challenges, real conversations, and complete honesty, our team members were able to dig deep into what drives them—and what might be holding them back.

Rock Solid team member Aaron Little shared his experience:

“The program was an excellent process to expose your internal workings—where you succeed and where you fall short. It’s designed to apply pressure in multiple areas through multiple avenues to reveal your true self. For me, it allowed us as a team to grow and learn each other’s strong and weak areas. It’s an excellent program to help understand your internal wiring and equip you with tools to diagnose, expand, and correct behaviors that may be holding you back or leading to self-sabotage.”
